REAL ESTATE AND COMMUNITY
2022 - CURRENT - IRWIN HOMES, LLC/Owner & Broker
I formed my own real estate brokerage firm in 2022 and anchored my brokerage at the newest multi-use development in Forsyth County, Cumming City Center. This development boasts many restaurants, boutiques, shopping, bakery, barber, and various other consumer friendly shops. Mostly unique to this development above all others is that Cumming City Center has an amphitheater for concerts, a miniature golf course, and walking trails throughout.
2021- Current – Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce – Member2020-2021 – Mentor Me/Served as a Mentor
This is a non-profit organization similar to a “Big Brother/Big Sisters” program. Professional adults offer their time to be paired with a child ranging in age up to 18 years old in order to provide support and guidance to the child.
2020-2023 - Rotary Club of South Forsyth/Board of Directors - Membership Chairperson
I was happy to be able to devote the time necessary and rejoin this amazing club. As Membership Chairperson, I was responsible for promoting the club to increase membership and educate potential new members about the club. I would present potential members to the rest of the Board for our vetting process and, once approved, provide support and guidance through his/her induction.
2014 – Bella Realty Group/Cumming GA
Though I appreciate the years I spent with Keller Williams, my business is referral based and not dependent upon a national brand, therefore I made the move to Bella Realty Group, Inc headed up by a former Keller Williams Broker. The main office is in Gainesville and I have an office in Cumming.
2014 – 400 North Board of Realtors/Board of Directors/Committee Chair
Committee Chairperson for the Annual Fall Charity Auction benefiting various children’s organizations within our community. Responsible for assembling a team of committee members, planning and executing a semi-formal Casino Event, selling 200-250 tickets to the event, and amassing a large volume of donated items for a Silent Auction. 2013 – 400 North Board of Realtors/Committee Member
As a Committee Member for the Annual Fall Charity Auction, I garnered approximately 50% of the total items donated. Thus, I was asked to head the Committee for 2014.
2010-2014 – Keller Williams Community Partners/Cumming GA
Obtained Real Estate License in April 2010 and signed on immediately with Keller Williams. Fulfilled twice as many training/education courses than required. Contributed to annual community fundraising events.
2009-2010 – Rotary Club of South Forsyth/Board of Directors
Served on the Board of Directors as the Public Relations Chairperson. I was responsible for planning and executing social events, charity events, and holiday parties.
2008-2011 – Rotary Club of South Forsyth/Member
I was accepted into this outstanding organization in 2008 and served to 2011. I established valuable and dear relationships with highly respected members of the community.
